Government Rehabilitation Institute for Intellectual Disabilities sector 31 (GRIID) school has organised summer camp from 23 May to 10 june in Griid. In the said camp 50 students,7 teachers,20 supportive staff participated. In the summer camp, the GRIID has organized many events like sports, co curricular activities i.e. drawing painting ,thumb painting, colouring, ball in the basket, bean back throw, cone heating, young athlete program badminton, table tennis , skating ,cricket, music, dance,aerobics,best out of waste products .The camp was under the supervison of Sports coach Sheetal Negi with other special educators and supporting staff . The camp starts with the prayers and national anthem and then the fashion show and talent hunt activities held after that there is a refreshment for the students.
Prof Jasbinder Kaur (Director Griid) gave the prizes of Fashion Show,talent hunt,overall performance of students and Dr Preeti Arun Joint director and Mr Jaspal Sharma ADO ,Mr Ravi,Mr Anil,Ms Snehlata had interacted with the students and motivated the students who participated in various activities of the summer camp. Poorva,diksha, jaskaran, Tushar, kalpana, simran, nitin, Bulbul, Krish ,vansh and others received prizes.
