CHAMBER OF CHANDIGARH INDUSTRIES welcomes the landmark concessions given to Industry by the Chandigarh Administration, including Allowing Number of activities, as well as Allowing Need based changes, after ages.
Hope to get the Leasehold issue also resolved in a very near future.
The Industry has been vigorously taking up all these following 3 issues, since last 15 years, and was able to get the first ever INDUSTRIAL POLICY formulated in 2015:
1) Leasehold to freehold,
2) Allowing Number of activities,
3) Allowing Need based changes
All the 3 main issues were covered in the Industrial Policy, however the decisions are now being taken, one by one after due deliberations.
